Monoamine reuptake inhibitors have been used to treat a number of CNS disorders, especially depression. As part of our pursuit of novel monoamine reuptake inhibitors, we designed several series of heterocycle-fused tetrahydroisoquinolines as potent dual NET/DAT inhibitors.
