The series of pyrazole derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for anti-tuberculosis activities. Most of compounds exhibited moderate to excellent activities against H37Rv. Among them, compound 2d  showed potent activity against H37Rv with MIC value of 0.78 �M, along with cytotoxicity 85 �M and microomal stability in mice 78% in 30 min.
