New conception of distributed multigeneration of clean energy is proposed on the base of enhanced version of ITM-technology with selective oxygen membranes operating at medium temperatures 400-600 �C. The complete use of natural raw � low ranked coals by combustion in oxygen enriched atmosphere provides more profitable and clean technology in which electric and heat energy are only by-products and high temperature microspheres are the main product. For realization of this conception multilayer supported membrane with cermet a-Bi2O3/Ag for thin gastight layer is developed by mechanochemical method. High oxygen flux in cermet is related to nanocomposite with interpenetrating structure. For utilization of heat waste new thermoelectric material - nanocomposite with core-shell structure Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3/WC is proposed created by the same approach.
