In this day and age, the fossil fuels are depleting, and the burden of energy is increasing, which may cause the imbalance of the world politically and economically.Accordingly, the Spirulina, one kind of the microalgae, is a potential source for renewable fuel, and it can be converted into biofuels, such as biofuel oil and synthesis gas.In this paper, the process of Spirulina thermochemical liquefaction was introduced.
