In this study, we have prepared thermally conductive silicone composites which contain thermally reversible Diels-Alder cross-links.  The resulting composites are thermally conductive but allow rework through retro Diels-Alder reaction at elevated temperatures.  The evaluation of these materials as a thermal interface materials will be presented as well as the synthetic and process experiments to prepare the materials and composites.
