In this study, a series of novel UV curable poly(urethane-epoxy acrylate) resin with low surface energy are prepared. The UV curable fluorinated urethane-epoxy acrylate was prepared by reacting diisocyanate with epoxy acrylate and fluoro-ol. The low surface energy film was obtained utilization of UV-radiation and the nano phase separation was found to lead to the low surface energy. The nano phase separation on the material's surface cause them to attain anti-contaminant, anti-stained, self-cleaning and superhydrophobic property.
