Development of efficient sensors utilizing conjugated polymer as sensing matrices has gained much attention among many research scientists. We will use PDAs which we mentioned above and FRET system as biosensor.In this study, donor of FRET system is encapsulated benzoxazole in PDAs, and acceptor is red backbone of PDAs. Benzoxazole emitting blue fluorescence was encapsulated inside the PDAs vesicle. We used FRET between red PDAs backbone and encapsulated 3 . Blue fluorescent 3  was encapsulated inside the PDAs vesicles. Blue fluorescence of encapsulating 3  decreased, while red fluorescence of PDAs backbone increased about four-fold because of energy transfer from the 3  to the PDAs backbone.We confirmed PDAs to be broken through control of pH. Therefore, 3  in PDAs vesicle release to PDAs solution. As a result, blue fluorescence increased and red fluorescence decreased because of FRET phenomenon not occurred.
