Using information obtained from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved drug-package inserts and the KnowItAll� Informatics System, a relational cancer drug database (MySQL) is created. First, pharmacokinetic properties from 85 FDA cancer drug profiles were abstracted from the drug's FDA approved .pdf file. Then a database that contains this information was created utilizing a commercially available software platform called the KnowItAll� Informatics System. We have also added a drug's pH profile and verified the information from the MySQL database with the initial source. The purpose of this project is to facilitate analysis and/or prediction of a chemotherapy compound's missing pharmacokinetic properties.
