On October 23, 2010, the Fresno State Chemistry Club welcomed into the world a furry bundle of joy they named Nick L. Mole.  This year, Nick L. Mole participated in club events like the �Meet Your Professor� series, National Chemistry Week, and the club's �Kiss-A-Pig� fundraiser.  Nick was instrumental in the creation of the club's newest endeavor.  The CHEM Club began doing outreach twice a month at the Discovery Center, a local children's science museum.  In the spring, Nick L. Mole attended his first ACS National Meeting in Anaheim, CA. The club also did service activities including purchasing recycling bins for the Discovery Center and producing spill kits for campus.  The club was also active on-campus by volunteering at a campus sustainability event, and their college's Centennial Celebration.  Nick L. Mole's reception on campus & community was always exciting.  It is hard to imagine how he can top this!
