Organic Chemistry Flashware  is a collection of 200+ interactive web-based animations for teaching and learning organic chemistry with an emphasis on the arrow-pushing notation, reaction mechanisms, and orbital interactions. OCF continues to evolve from the interaction with a trans-disciplinary community of visualization in science and education stakeholders that meet at a biennial Gordon Research Conference. The evolution of OCF will be presented, as well as an overview of some of the lessons learned, ranging from color and form, to visual attention, multiple representations, kinematics, and other visual modalities for helping students to �Think Tetrahedral�.
