The Pombe Cdc15 homology (PCH) protein family consists of different proteins like FBP17, CIP4, and FCHO1/2. One of the PCH family member protein FCHO1/2 (membrane sculpting F- BAR domain- containing  Fer-Cip4 Homology domain- only1/2)  is involved in forming the initial bud and recruiting the clathrin-mediated machinery for the formation of Clathrin- coated vesicles in the cell membrane. A homolog to the human FCHO2 protein is found in (zebrafish) Danio rerio. Here we looked at 6 different embryonic stages of Danio rerio for expression of FCHO2.  The RNA from 6 different embryonic stages of Danio rerio was isolated and reversed transcribed into CDNA. The CDNA for each stage were run into agarose gel to observe the presence of band for each stage. It was seen that the FCHO2 was present in 4 different stages which was from the later stages of embryonic stage of Danio rerio.
