Optical coherence tomography (OCT), multiphton microscopy (MPM), coherent anti-stokes (CARS) imaging, and photoacoustic tomography (PAT) are imaging technologies that have found many biomedical applications.  This talk will focus on the development of fiber based endoscopic OCT, MPM, CARS, and PAT system.  I will review the principle of these imaging technologies, highlight recent advances in the development of fiber sources, miniature probes, and system integration, and biomedical applications of these imaging technologies.
