Radicals are capable for chain reactions involving living tissues and possibly leading to cancer. Currently studying free radicals in living tissues is a challenge, due to their short-lived life span.Here we present the synthesis of biocompatible polymeric hooks for free radicals (A and B), in which fullerene, which is biocompatible radical scavenger, is linked to the polymeric matrix. Radical trapping happens on the surface of polymer which is in contact with physiological sample allowing in-vivo studying of free radicals effects.
