TTPO (5,6,7-trithiapentacene-13-one) is a robust organic semiconductor which has shown excellent thermal and photooxidative stability.  It is stable when heated to >400�C and does not degrade in solution when exposed to light and air.  As such, TTPO has the potential to be used in electronic devices that require operation over a wide range of temperatures.   This talk will discuss the physical and electronic properties of TTPO and the effect of temperature on the semiconductor behavior of the molecule.
