Recently, we have developed the methodology for the synthesis of 1-oxa-7-azaspiro[4.5]decane spirocycles from 1-Boc-3-piperidone. Application of this methodology for the synthesis of N-acylation/sulfonylation (96-member), reductive alkylation (72-member) and Pd-catalyzed N-arylation libraries (18-member) will be presented.
