Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy (SECM) is widely used as an analytical tool for studies of surface reactions and their kinetics at micro-scale. However, the traditional SECM techniques suffer from the lack of spatial and lateral resolution. A combination of SECM with AFM is desirable to address these limitations.  Here, we present a new technology for fabrication of probes for AFM-SECM and conductive AFM under liquid. Cyclic voltametry and AFM data will be presented that proof the performance of these specialized probes.
