Baylis-Hillman reaction is one of new C-C bond forming reactions catalyzed by small organic molecues with high atom economy, amiable condition and highly functionalized conjugated adduct with one new chiral center. It has been widely used in the construction of natural and unnatural products.In this work, we will report a new type reaction (we named it 'Deconjugated Baylis-Hillman reaction'), which will install two new chiral centers under normal Baylis-Hillman reaction conditions . Details of the substrate scope and the reaction mechanism and further progress will be dicussed.
