Quantum critical behavior is interesting to the materials community because non-thermal parameters can be used to tune magnetic and transport properties. Prseodymium intermetallic compounds are emerging as a class of materials in which to investigate quantum criticality. High-resolution X-ray diffraction studies and magnetic property measurements were performed on the series, Pr(Au1-xCux)2Si2 (0 < x < 1), to better understand composition-dependent magnetic transitions. Structure-property relationships that are important to composition-dependent magnetic transitions will be discussed.
