We focus on correlation between higher-ordered structure (lamella crystal and amorphous) and molecular dynamics (gas permeability) of Poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (PTFE) copolymer.   The crystalline structure strongly dependence on the cooling rate was analyzed using ultra-small angle, small angle, wide-angle x-ray scattering techniques. Furthermore, we performed on evaluation of a constant-volume/variable-pressure method. Generally speaking, gas permeability, diffusivity, and solubility decrease with increasing crystallinity in a polymer film, because gas molecules cannot diffuse and dissolve in the crystalline region.   In methane molecules case, gas permeability coefficient increased with inverse of crystallinity because of different PTFE amorphous chain dynamics by transporting gas molecules.
