Over a six year period, Case Western Reserve University has led an NSF-funded outreach program into inner city Cleveland high schools, bringing promising students on campus for three years for instruction and research. All of the graduates of this program are now in college, most in STEM majors, and the first has moved into graduate studies in engineering.  There is more we can do, reaching back to earlier students.  Current and planned efforts will be discussed.
