Nanomedicine is currently receiving increased attention due to nanotechnology tools capabilities at structural molecular levels, which allows facilitation of advanced interfaces between biological entities and material topography. Materials serving as scaffolds encourage cell proliferation and biological functionality leading to tissue regeneration.TiO2 nanomaterials has proven to demonstrate improved effects on bone formation and growths rates and are key roles in accelerating the healing process of bone tissue. Carbon nanotube (CNT's) are indicated to be scaffolds and suitable candidates to sustain the differentiation of stem cells into developed osteoblasts and the formation of bone tissue. The cytoxicity assessment of osteoblasts exposed to SWCNTs metalized with TiO2 through Texas Southern University's proprietary methods was performed in order to determine the possible impact of various doses of TiO2-CNT's. If TiO2-CNT's enhance the growth of osteoblasts, then it has a likelihood of accelerating the growth of fractured bones cells leading to a rapid recovery.
