In this presentation, we focus on the synthesis of nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite in absence of organic template (N-Z) with dispersed crystals and enhanced thermal/hydrothermal-stability for FCC purpose. The addition of suitable amount of lanthanum and phosphorus into the precursor gel enhances the thermal/hydrothermal stability of the nano-sized ZSM-5 in the same time. In addition, the introduction of suitable amount of carbohydrates such as sucrose notably improves the dispersal of aggregates of the nano-sized zeolite. Although the crystallization was retarded by the additives to some degree, this negative influence can be overcame by seeding and optimizing the crystallization coditions.Some other important informations has also been got.
