I will present harmonic analyses and double harmonic spectra over the entire spectral range for water clusters ranging from the 10-mer up to ice models consisting of 196 monomers.  These spectra are obtained using the flexible WHBB ab initio potentiial and dipole moment surfaces.  As such, they represent the most accurate calclulations of these spectra.
