The author has been engaged as an expert witness/litigation support professional in dozens of insurance claims and legal cases to date in his career. He will share insights from actual engagements. A significant difference exists between being a fact-based expert witness and 'a hired gun.' Multiple humorous stories of actual courtroom incidents will be shared to illustrate the critical importance associated with being a credible expert witness. The author's mission statement: 'The Application of Fundamental Chemical Principles to Solve Problems,' is applied on a daily basis.
