In contrast to classical shape-memory polymers (SMPs) that show a shape change at a predefined response temperature (Tsw) related to a thermal transition of the polymers switching domains (Ttrans), Tsw of temperature-memory polymers (TMPs) can be systematically adjusted by the variation of the deformation temperature (Tdeform) which is applied during the temperature-memory creation procedure (TMCP). Such TMPs exhibit a broad Ttrans, which can be considered as an ensemble of sharp transitions, whereby each of the sharp transition can be utilized as a controlling unit. This report describes the temperature capability of covalently crosslinked poly[ethylene-ran-(vinyl acetate)] (cPEVA) [1], thermoplastic copolyesterurethanes [2] composed of poly(?-pentadecalactone) hard segments and crystallizable poly(e-caprolactone) controlling segments and amorphous copolyetherurethanes [3] synthesized from methylene bis(p-cyclohexyl isocyanate) (H12MDI), 1,4-butanediol (1,4-BD), and poly(tetramethylene glycol) (PTMEG) as well as its application as thermo-programmable selfsufficient release systems, intelligent, reprogrammable catheter and self-sufficiently moving scaffolds.References: [1] Kratz, K.; Madbouly, S.A.; Wagermaier, W.; Lendlein, A., Adv.
