The physiological buffer TAPSO has been investigated in the temperature range of 5 to 55 �C.  Potentiometric measurements have been made using the emf cell of the type: Pt, H2 (g, 1 atm)|TAPSO (m1) + NaTAPSOate (m2) + NaCl (m3)|AgCl, Ag. The values of pH have been calculated at 5, 25, 37, and 55 �C.  Four buffer solutions consisting of an isotonic saline media (I = 0.16 mol�kg-1) have been studied.  These pH values are recommended as pH secondary standard buffer in studies of biomedicine.
