Food and Nutrition Chemistry is a small business activity I started after retiring after more than thirty years in the chemical and food ingredients industries. It is a business cobbled together from all the activities I enjoy doing with chemistry, food, and nutrition. This includes being science editor for America's Test Kitchen, teaching chemistry and food science, writing a book on The Science of Good Cooking, and communicating the importance of science, especially chemistry, in cooking.
