From point of view of process energy conservation, this paper mainly focused on energy-saving theory and characteristics of four high-energy-efficiency hydrocracking technologies. When these technologies were used, less process energy could be consumed, more reaction energy would be recycled, and the integrated energy consumption was greatly decreased. High-energy-efficiency hydrocracking processes have the characteristic of larger temperature difference between inlet and outlet of reactor, properer reactivity matching between hydrotreating and hydrocracking, better stability of catalyst system and higher degree of units coupling. FDC high-energy-efficiency hydrocracking technology has been successfully commercialized in refinery H in china, of which the average integrated energy consumption was only 23.33KgEO/t feed oil during three operation periods. Furthermore, the energy saving level of this unit maintained the first in domestic competition among all the hydrocracking units.
