Arcadia Biosciences develops agricultural products to capitalize on opportunities that benefit the environment and enhance human health. The company uses advanced screening, breeding and biotechnology techniques to create value for consumers, processors and farmers. We use a number of technology tools-both GM and non-GM-to develop our product portfolio, including precise genetic screening, advanced breeding techniques and genetic engineering. For example, Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE) and SONOVA� 400 GLA safflower oil are technologies developed by Arcadia that enhance crop productivity through environmental and human health, respectively. Additionally, the company is developing wheat with altered starch profiles using Arcadia's advanced TILLING� breeding tool for a non-GM approach.
