In the present study demonstrated the synthesis of a number of previously unknown thiazole-containing amino acids on the basis of asparagine 1.We have done molecular docking synthesized thiazole-containing amino acids in the active site of binding of HIV-1 protease. For Series 5 amino acids studied were binding energy in the range 33 � 44 kJ / mol (compared to ritonavir is 57 kJ / mol).
