In recent years, copolymers with donor�acceptor (D-A) structure showed high performance for field-effect transistors (FETs) [1-4]. For example, the hole mobility higher than 10 cm2V-1s-1 has been achieved with a diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP)-based copolymer [2]. However, the polymer based FETs possessed of excellent charge-carrier transporting characteristics and good stability simultaneously, are still a big challenge in the development of polymeric electronics.
