The speaker will address litigation strategies that are being used by opponents of fracking around the country, specifically those theories of recovery upon which challenges are based.  For example, does permeation of fracking fluids into subsurface spaces on adjoining properties constitute a trespass?  Can fracking ever amount to a nuisance?
