The Delaware River Basin Commission has developed a graphical interface that enables other agencies to analyze water quality trends - in tidal and riverine waters from real time data for the purposes of spill response.   Examples of the techniques will be provided.  Another application of the graphical interface will be described for use by purveyors that require real time data for daily operations.  The USGS gage at Two Bridges on the Passaic River is the site to be described so that different perspectives for spill response and for daily operations may be considered.
