The pre-combustion CO2 sequestration and economical power generation and hydrogen productiono can be achieved by the utilization of composite palladium and palladium/alloy membrane separators and reactors. The objective of the present work was to investigate the robustness and durabiit of Pd and Pd/Au membranes using a slip-steam from an actual operating coal gasifier. This presentation will discuss the most recent testing results usign syngas of a slipsteam from an operating coal gasifier at National Carbon Capture Center (NCCC)
