Dramatically increasing level of CO2 is considered as the primary factor of Global warming. To capture CO2 from anthropogenic emissions sources, like power plants, numerous materials have been designed. But systematic methods to evaluate these materials are not yet sufficiently developed.  Here we explored a lot of MOFs and zeolite, by analyzing the experimental data we got, we established a simple but powerful model to predict adsorption behavior of porous materials, and developed a method to evaluate these candidates for carbon capture by using energy efficiency as standard.
