The family of icetexane-based natural products contains several compounds of significant biological and structural interest.  Many of these compounds have been isolated from the largest genus, Salvia, of the Lamiaceae family.  The total syntheses of two icetexane-based natural products, rosmaridiphenol and perovskone B, are presented in the talk.
