Long-lived coherence has been observed in numerous photosynthetic complexes.  Early reports attributed this coherence to electronic coherence.  These observations spawned many new theories of energy transport.  Numerous papers have argued that the line between system/bath should be redrawn to include at least one vibrational state to permit vibronic coupling.  Such models effectively argue that the results are vibrational or vibronic in origin.  Some more advanced theories argue for non-adiabatic couplings.  New 2D spectroscopy and models will be presented to inform this discussion.
