Patent claims that require multiple parties to infringe are under current review by the U.S. Supreme Court.  For instance, if a patent claims a method of analyzing a sample and a method of treatment based on the analysis, who infringes?  The analyzing laboratory, the treating physician, or both?  Or neither?
