The Nautilus decision addresses indefiniteness of patent claims under Section 112, a subject that has rarely caught the Supreme Court's attention in recent years, but highlights the closer scrutiny being given to aspects of claim drafting.  Patent applicants themselves are also now dealing with the PTO's examination guidelines in the wake of the Myriad and Prometheus decisions.
