We report a novel conductive metal-organic framework that shows promise as an insertion material for a range of metal and organic cations. In addition to demonstrating reversible electrochemical insertion, this framework also demonstrates high thermal and chemical stability. The degree of intercalation for each cation was assessed by elemental analysis and M�ssbauer spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility and powder X-ray diffraction. Galvanostatic cycling also demonstrates that intercalation is highly reversible. Electrochemically, samples were characterized by the galvanostatic intermittent tiratration technique, and cyclic voltammetry.
