Aminophosphonates are known as a compounds showing interesting biological activity (e.g. potent drugs against osteoporosis). In this work some new strategies of a synthesis of several mono and difluorinated as well as CF3containing aminophosphonates will be presented. As a key strategic step for a stereoselective synthesis, aziridine and oxirane derivatives of fluorophosphonates were prepared. Their properties and structure were elucidated (e.g. X-ray analysis, NMR).
