Introduction Present strategy of global warming problem with carbon is planned as prompt political and scientific ways mainly to reduce the use of carbon. Author proposes here to control dynamic global carbon cycles with new recycling methods by changes of material states. Multiple carbon sources on Earth Sources of the carbon cycles on Earth are expressed by following equation:  f(t) = C(a) + C(b) + C(c), where f(t), C(a), C(b) and C(c) mean total carbon on Earth, long-period global carbon,  short-term local biological carbon, and industry-produced carbon, respectively [1]. From recent geo-scientific study on the Paleozoic underground materials [2], the older age carbon C(a) of coal and limestone has been formed by quick underground-storages from shock-wave activities of volcano, earthquake and meteoritic impact. The sources of carbons C(a) and C(c) are therefore the same source expressed as follows: f(t) = C(a, c) + C(b).  New concepts for Global carbon treatments There are two ways of global carbons C(a, c) applied by the material state change among vapor, liquid and solid (VLS) changes:i) Short-term carbon C(c) to store it as long-term carbon C(a) in active Earth.ii) Short-term carbon C(c) to change material VLS states with cyclic system artificially, which can be applied by proper innovations of solidified nano-grains [3].  Summary Three major sources of short- and long-term carbon cycles on active planet Earth are analyzed to major two carbon sources of inorganic (Earth) and organic (life), where short-term carbon from industry caused for global warming should be circulated by control with long-term carbon by proper science and technological methods [3].
