Online chemistry courses are increasing in number rapidly.  Data about the rigor and outcomes of online chemistry courses is little or non-existent.The author has taught chemistry with a hands-on lab for 15 years. The results of longitudinal study with the data collected over those 15 years will be discussed and analysis of the data collected discuss.
