Total Maximum Daily Loads in New Jersey  have been promulgated for phosphorus using the USEPA WASP model and USGS gaged data for specific wastewater discharge loads and streamflows. The objective of this paper to provide a technique to calibrate and verify other stream flows and seasonal management strategies using real time USGS water quality data, specifically dissolved oxygen  at Two Bridges New Jersey (USGS 01389005).  Visual basic graphical techniques will be employed to determine visual patterns on critical days.
