In the work, we present a combined plasmonic and electrochemical sensor platform to detect human troponin I (H-trop I), which can simultaneously measure both optical and electrical signals. This detection performed on Au nanohole array can provide both electrochemical impedance spectra and localized surface plasmon spectra changes in real-time at the same time, increasing liability of the platform. The application of bias enlarges the response intensity of optical signal, thus improving sensitivity of the sensor.
