We have synthesized a Donor-Acceptor pair Squaraine Dyes and encapsulation of the Squaraine dyes with amylose is controlled by the ratio of DMSO/H2O mixtures. The data proved that an amylose-encapsulated chromophore shows over 100 times the fluorescence intensity of a non-encapsulated chromophore.
