This paper will illustrate examples of commercially available technologies from Independence Science that provide text-to-speech support for employees with print disabilities. Specifically, use of the Vernier Software & Technology data collection software package known as Logger Pro along with commercially available text-to-speech software will be discussed. Demonstrations of such interfaces will also be included as part of this presentation. Information as to how specifically these technologies can be integrated into the research laboratory will be presented. Acquisition information of the technology from Independence Science will be available to audience members upon request.
