The Affordable Care Act (ACA) offers the potential for major coverage gains and substantially reducing the nation's uninsured rate. But two populations�small business owners and people who do not speak English very well or at all�stand to be left out. What are their coverage options, how are they impacted by the ACA and what can and is being done to outreach to these groups will be discussed.
