Glioblastoma Multiforme (GBM) is a highly fatal disease and new chemotherapeutic agents are desperately needed to treat GBM patients. With the aim of identifying new antiglioma agents we employed the UC DDC library screening based on our finding of the antiglioma lead molecule 1  (SP-6-27)  and clinically used drug 2  (Azixa),  the combination ofwhich produced molecule 3 (S-94403)  as one of the most potent imidazoquinoline-based antiglioma agents (IC50 = 0.625 �M).
