We have reported that nanogel particles, polymerized with N-isopropylacrylamide and acrylic acid in the presence of proton, reversibly capture ions including protons in response to the temperature stimuli (Y. Hoshino, Advanced Materials, 2014).In this study, we developed temperature-responsive liquid membranes consisting of the nano gels that are capable of separating ions in response to temperature gradient.
